Tristan Smith

Smith HR Partners is led by Tristan Smith, an HR professional with nearly four years of experience in talent acquisition, compliance, and HR operations at a billion-dollar company. Tristan manages full-cycle recruitment and leads background-check compliance across North America — directly relevant expertise for the compliance-heavy businesses we serve.

Tristan holds a Master of Science from Northeastern University and a Bachelor's in Management with an HR concentration from Bentley University, along with certifications including HR Business Partner and Talent Management. With deep roots across Pennsylvania, Tristan founded Smith HR Partners to bring big-company HR expertise to the small businesses that need it most.
